Day 5: Introducing Business Cloud

Today we're launching Appsmith Business Cloud — the secure, scalable way to deploy our Business edition without self-hosting.

Our new cloud hosting for Business gives customers quick access to business-grade Appsmith features — advanced access controls, workflows, email support, and more — without the overhead of managing your own infrastructure.

  • Zero-install, zero-ops: Sign up, choose a workspace name, and start building. We handle scaling, backups, and updates behind the scenes.

  • Faster time to value: Go from “trial” to production in a single onboarding flow.

  • Predictable subscription pricing: One monthly invoice. No surprise hosting costs or maintenance overhead.

Hundreds of teams have already signed up for early access. We’re thrilled to offer a pro-level hosting option that lets you focus on building apps, not managing boxes.

For a limited time, we’re offering 30 days of Business Cloud for free to new subscribers. Email discount@appsmith.com to claim your free offer and start building.

Day 4: Performance Boosts = Faster Apps

Appsmith just got faster — way faster!

We've rolled out major performance upgrades across the Appsmith platform, leveling up how quickly your applications load and get ready for action. In version 1.74, you’ll experience:

  • Faster Loading Times: We’ve given a major boost to initial loading times for the platform and all your applications. Specifically, apps will now start rendering 27% faster and become substantially available 34% faster, thanks to improvements to JavaScript chunking, CDNs, and data binding evaluations we’ve updated under the hood.

  • Git-Connected Apps: Apps linked to Git repositories now load much faster in edit mode, with initial load times seeing a 40% improvement.

No new licenses or configurations required — just faster performance out of the box. Upgrade your instance today (and thanks for using the platform).

Day 3: Integrations Galore

Integrations are the lifeblood of low-code applications. If you’re building internal tools, they almost always involve transferring data or updating fields in one tool or another.

That’s why we’ve doubled down on integrations since our last launch, preparing 15 native integrations to help your data flow so much easier.

These integrations have been available in beta — until today. Now, any Business or Enterprise customer can log in and get instant access to connect, query, and manage their data from any of the following tools:

  • Salesforce

  • Zendesk

  • Jira

  • Notion

  • Asana

  • Slack

  • Gmail

  • Outlook

  • Stripe

  • Google Docs

  • Google Drive

  • Confluence

  • GitHub

  • Google Calendar

  • Zoom

Appsmith users have always been able to connect their apps to any data source through a REST API or GraphQL. But native integrations strip out the hassle of configuration, authorization, and JSON creation, so you can get your app up and running that much faster.

Watch our video to see how easy it is to use these new data sources in apps, workflows, packages, or anywhere else you need them.

Day 2: Git for Packages: Pro-Grade Release Management

We’re not done with package improvements yet! Say hello to Git for Packages — professional-grade release management for your reusable modules.

Now, our Business and Enterprise users can connect any package of widgets, queries, and JavaScript objects to a Git repository in a few clicks. With Git, customers can cut stable releases, tag versions, and safely iterate without interrupting apps in production.

Here’s why it matters:

  • Controlled releases: Tag and manage stable package versions. No surprise breaks — apps upgrade only when you’re ready.

  • True version control: Revert apps to previous stable builds in one click.

  • CI/CD on autopilot: Merge to main and let your pipeline test, scan, and ship new package versions to staging — or straight to prod.

  • Built-in security scanning: Catch vulnerabilities before they ever reach an app, keeping compliance teams happy.

  • Team-friendly workflows: Branch, review, and approve package updates just like the rest of your codebase.

With Git for Packages, your reusable components finally enjoy the professional workflows and controlled release management you need to scale — all with the speed and simplicity of low-code. Upgrade your instance, wire up your repo, and go build (or rebuild) with confidence.

How easy is it? Watch our Senior Developer Relations Advocate Kevin Blanco walk you through it.

Day 1: UI Packages: Build Once, Reuse Everywhere in Appsmith

You asked, we answered: UI packages are here! This new feature makes it easy to build and reuse standard front-end components throughout your entire portfolio of Appsmith applications.

Now open for early preview and rolling out to all Business and Enterprise users soon, UI packages appear as a new option under the platform’s Create New Button. When you click Packages > UI Package, a new workspace becomes available for you to drag and drop UI components — buttons, forms, tables, and other widgets — into a discrete module. Once you have your interface built, link each widget with a query or JavaScript object to bring it to life. Save your UI package and it’s ready to use throughout your whole collection of apps in Appsmith.

Need to add this package to an app? Click Modules from the menu in your workspace, then drag and drop it into your app just like any other widget. The package comes in pre-populated with your queries and customizations, ready to go. If you want to make adjustments for a single app, just customize the inputs as needed.

Now, Appsmith packages really are the whole package. By adding UI packages, customers can easily build out modules of widgets, queries, and business logic that makes it easy to stand up new applications — and even easier to maintain your existing ones.

Watch our video to see how UI packages can make development in Appsmith faster, easier, and more consistent. Want access? Contact support@appsmith.com to get started.
